2. Visiting the website (server logs)

When you visit the website, technically necessary data is processed (IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data, browser, operating system, referring page) to provide the website securely. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted after 30 days at the latest unless needed to investigate a security incident.

3. Hosting, database, storage and email

The website is operated by Vercel Inc. (USA) and delivered from a data centre in London (United Kingdom). Content, enquiries and media (photos, videos, documents) are stored with Supabase Inc. (USA) in a data centre in London. Emails – including the notification about your enquiry – are sent and received via united-domains GmbH (Starnberg, Germany). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with all service providers. The European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision for the United Kingdom (Art. 45 GDPR). Any transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

4. Request form, email and phone

If you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, company, phone, email, location and message) to handle your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after 12 months at the latest.

5. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies or tracking, and does not load fonts, maps or videos from third parties. Only technically necessary cookies are used in the protected admin area.

6. Google Maps (only after a click)

On the “About us” page you can load a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). The map is only loaded after you click “Load Google Map”; only then is data such as your IP address transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Legal basis: your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
